About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior System Engineer – Mechanical to support Mechanical Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) activities for satellite programs. The candidate will be responsible for system-level mechanical integration, test planning, execution, anomaly resolution, and coordination with subsystem teams to ensure successful satellite qualification and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly, integration, and testing of satellite systems and subsystems.
Develop and execute system-level integration procedures, validation plans, and verification activities.
Support spacecraft structural, mechanical,



and environmental qualification testing.
Coordinate with subsystem teams including Structures, Thermal, Electrical, AOCS, Propulsion, and Payload teams.
Review system requirements and ensure verification compliance.
Troubleshoot anomalies during integration and test campaigns.
Generate test reports, NCRs, anomaly reports, and compliance documentation.
Support launch campaign activities and pre-launch readiness reviews.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, contamination control, and space industry standards.
Review mechanical drawings, interface control documents (ICDs), assembly procedures, and integration plans.
