Job Description: Order Management Executive

We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day orders and coordinate effectively with our customers, vendors, and internal team.

Responsibilities
Manage and track orders from placement to completion.
Follow up with customers and vendors regarding order status and timelines.
Keep customers updated on order progress and expected delivery dates.
Coordinate with our internal team to ensure orders move forward smoothly.
Follow up on delays and pending requirements.
Maintain order records and trackers using MS Excel.
Keep track of multiple orders and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in order management, coordination, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple orders.
Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full time, in office

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience.
