Job Description
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive - Onboarding Team (OBT)
Purpose of the Role
To ensure seamless onboarding, activation, engagement, and servicing of NFA and PFA partners
by providing end-to-end support during onboarding, resolving partner queries, conducting
training interventions, and driving partner re-engagement initiatives to improve business
productivity and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Recent Partner Onboarding & Activation

Manage end-to-end onboarding of newly appointed NFA/PFA partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase.
Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities and business transfer activities.
Handhold partners through account activation, business setup, and process
understanding.

Drive partner activation through:

Recent Client Acquisitions (NCA)
Margin mobilization
Daily Activation Revenue (DAR)





Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding challenges promptly.
Track onboarding progress and ensure achievement of activation benchmarks.
Meeting partners physically to better understand the challenges faced by them.
Training & Capability Development
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for NFA/PFA partners.
Promote completion of mandatory training modules.
Identify partner knowledge gaps through query analysis.
Develop and deliver process, product, and system training programs.
Measure training eectiveness through feedback and reduction in operational queries.
Collaborate with Sales and Functional Teams to enhance partner capability.
Additional Responsibility
Involvement in current Projects from time to time, based on allocations
