Role: Team Leader – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Team Leader – Finance & Accounts to manage the overall accounting and finance operations, lead a team, ensure statutory compliance, and drive accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Handle statutory compliances, including TDS, GST, payroll, and ROC filings.
Manage payroll processing, banking operations, and cash flow management.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, customer collections, and ledger reconciliations.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
Monitor team performance, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.




Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and accounting operations.
Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, payroll, and ROC compliance.
Expertise in MIS reporting, financial reporting, banking, and cash flow management.
Positive team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing finance operations.

Preferred Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
