Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated U.S. HR Executive Freshers who are interested in building their careers in U.S. HR Operations and the U.S. Staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
Coordinate background verification and employment documentation.
Support I-9, E-Verify, and U.S. HR compliance processes.
Assist with timesheet collection and payroll coordination.
Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and reports.
Coordinate with U.S. employees, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.




Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Required Skills
Positive written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Robust coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in U.S. night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Educational Qualifications

BBA / B.Com / MBA HR / Any relevant graduation.

Annual CTC

During Probation (First 3 Months): ₹1.80 – ₹2.16 LPA (Annualized CTC)

After 3 Months' Probation: 30% salary hike

Revised Annual CTC: ₹2.34 – ₹2.81 LPA

Salary revision is subject to successful completion of probation and company policy.
