We are a real estate development company looking for a reliable, energetic Office Runner to keep our projects and office moving.

What you'll do:
Source and procure materials, samples and supplies for ongoing projects
Run office errands such as document submissions, bank work, courier and vendor pickups
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and site teams
Solve on-the-ground problems quickly when things don't go to plan
Manage multiple tasks a day and see each one through to completion

What we're looking for
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
Good knowledge of local markets, roads and vendors
Problem-solver who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told twice
Organised, punctual and trustworthy
Basic smartphone use (WhatsApp, maps, sharing photos and updates)
Prior experience in construction, real estate or procurement is a plus
