Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage electrical purchasing activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electrical materials, coordinating with suppliers, obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and ensuring the timely availability of materials as per project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase activities related to electrical materials, components, and equipment.
Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for electrical products.
Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) as per requirements.
Coordinate with the electrical, design, production, and stores teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of electrical materials.
Maintain purchase records, supplier details, quotations, and purchase orders.




Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and pending materials.
Verify material specifications, quantities, and delivery documents.
Support cost control and maintain positive supplier relationships.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of electrical materials, components, and equipment.
Knowledge of vendor coordination, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria
Any degree from a recognized university.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Candidates with experience in electrical procurement or industrial purchasing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
