Role Description The Garment Merchandiser role is a full time, on-site position based in okhla phase-2. The role involves coordinating with buyers and suppliers on product specifications, sampling, pricing, and order confirmations, while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing correspondence, tracking production status, handling approvals, and resolving issues related to fabric, trims, and fits. The Garment Merchandiser will also support cost negotiations, maintain accurate documentation,



and collaborate closely with the production and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery. The position requires frequent interaction with customers and vendors to build robust business relationships and support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage buyers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and commercial requirements for garment products.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, presentations, and brand-aligned merchandising strategies.
Relevant experience in garment merchandising, apparel sourcing, or fashion retail is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes is preferred.
Solid organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; experience with ERP or merchandising tools is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, Business, or a related field is desirable.
