Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Outdoor Catering Captain to join our catering team at Catpro by Girish Desai, to manage catering events and ensure smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate service staff during outdoor catering events, weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.
Manage event setup, table arrangements, buffet counters, and service readiness.
Coordinate with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure timely and effective food service.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and professional service standards.
Monitor food presentation, buffet replenishment, and overall event execution.
Check and manage catering equipment, service inventory, and event supplies.
Address guest requests and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Ensure proper handling, transportation, setup, and return of catering equipment.
Coordinate with the management and event team to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements




Previous experience in banquet service or outdoor catering is preferred.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to supervise and manage service staff effectively.
Knowledge of buffet service, event setup, and hospitality standards.
Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel to different event venues as required.
Strong teamwork, coordination, and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedule requires.
