Hello,

We are Hiring HR EXECUTIVE- VENDOR MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST FOR VERNA LOCATION

Role & responsibilities
Manage hiring of Leased manpower PAN India within the stipulated period.
Monitoring the attendance / absenteeism of leased manpower, on boarding of leased manpower PAN INDIA
Manage the Payroll of leased manpower PAN India
Leased manpower documentation, reporting of data to concerned stake holders on monthly basis.
Manage renewal of contracts / agreements of leased manpower PAN India
Lease manpower compliance ( Minimum Wages/ ESI/PF/Bonus etc)
Verification of invoices of Leasing service providers and submitting to finance.
Reviewing the performance of leased manpower vendors and updating the same to Management

Preferred candidate profile

5 to 8 years in the manufacturing company
