Qualification: - BCom or MCom, positive excel knowledge, valuable SAP knowledge, Imports and exports documentation.

Job Description:-
IDPMS & EDPMS Closure Activities
Shipping Bill / BOE Reconciliation: Cross-check Shipping Bills (Exports - EDPMS) and Bills of Entry (Imports - IDPMS) against customs declarations and ERP records.
IRM / ORM Linking: Map Inward Remittance Certificates (IRM/FIRC) to corresponding Shipping Bills and Outward Remittance Messages (ORM/SWIFT) to Bills of Entry.
Bank Coordination: Submit supporting documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bank Advice) to Authorized Dealer (AD) Banks for entry knock-off.
Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve line-item value mismatches, partial payment variances, and exchange rate differences preventing automated closure.
Customs Duty Accounting
Duty Payment Reconciliations: Reconcile duty payments made via ICEGATE portal with accounting ledgers and bank debits.
Duty Ledger Mapping: Account for Basic Customs Duty (BCD), Social Welfare Surcharge (SWS), Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD),



and IGST into correct cost centers.
Foreign Payment Tracking (Material & Service)
PO & Invoice Matching: Perform 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Invoice, Goods Receipt / Service Entry Sheet) before initiating international transfers.
Form 15CA/15CB Compliance: Assess foreign payment taxability under Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA) and secure CA certificates (15CB) / filed forms (15CA).
Withholding Tax (TDS) & RCM Handling: Compute applicable tax deductions at source (TDS on overseas services) and reverse charge mechanism (RCM) GST.
SWIFT & Outward Wire Tracking: Follow up on wire execution, obtain MT103/SWIFT confirmation messages, and track bank processing charges.
Export Documention
To be submitted: Export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Transport Document, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, and LC copy) along with the bank's prescribed format
Vendor Master Data (VMD) Validation

Validate the Bank Account, PAN, GST, and MSME Certificate for vendors created by the VMD team
