Role & responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through open-market field sales, cold-calling, and direct client meetings.
Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, brokers, and local market sources.
Product Sales: Drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loans.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and portfolio targets.
Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with internal processing teams and customers to ensure smooth loan sanction, disbursement, and regulatory compliance
