Qualification: B.E./B. Tech Civil Engineering
Project Experience: Railway / Water / Road (ALL)
Key Responsibilities:
Railway / Water / Road (ALL) Estimation, BOQ & Quantity Take-off
Tender document, drawing and specification study
Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation & Project Costing
Estimation of RCC, Civil, Finishing & External Development Works
Review of Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings
Subcontractor/vendor quotation evaluation
Tender preparation, bid evaluation and cost comparison
Required Skills:
Robust Civil technical knowledge
Experience in Railway / Water / Road Projects
Solid knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-off, Rate Analysis & Costing
Positive knowledge of MS Excel & AutoCAD
