Role & responsibilities
Support and continuously improve SCM processes in Infor LN.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Handle Procurement / Purchasing, Warehouse & Inventory, Material Planning / MRP and Sales / Order Management processes.
Support manufacturing-related processes and understand end-to-end supply-chain integration.
Coordinate incidents, enhancements and root-cause analysis with technical/functional teams.
Work on master data, process controls and ERP process improvements.
Prepare requirements, functional documentation and SOPs.
Participate in testing, UAT, releases and implementation/rollout activities.
Conduct user training and support business adoption.




Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile
47 years of hands-on Infor LN / Baan experience.
Solid functional exposure to SCM modules.
Experience in Procurement/Purchasing, Warehouse/Inventory, MRP/Planning and Sales/Order Management.
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Experience in Infor LN 10.8 would be an advantage.
Exposure to Infor ION/integrations, SQL/reporting, implementation/rollout and UAT would be beneficial.
Engineering degree preferably Mechanical / EEE / IT – or MBA in Supply Chain / IT.
Infor LN certification would be an added advantage.
