Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for our hotel operations in Hubli. The candidate should be capable of handling both office-level HR activities and blue-collar and ground-level staffing for hotel operations, including recruitment and manpower coordination for housekeeping, kitchen staff, stewards, front office, and other operational departments.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Manage blue-collar and ground-level recruitment to meet the hotel's operational manpower requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll inputs.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, probation reviews,



and exit formalities.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants, staffing agencies, and local hiring sources whenever required.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare regular HR reports.

Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.
Ability to manage blue-collar, frontline, and ground-level hiring.
Positive communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR documentation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
