Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, and supporting quality control processes. The role also involves maintaining documentation, preparing basic reports, and communicating issues or risks to project managers and other stakeholders. This is a full time hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with primary responsibilities on site and some tasks that can be completed from home.




Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working directly on construction projects.
Candidates should possess clear communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients.
Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspection, documentation, and adherence to standards.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge relevant to civil and building projects.
Candidates should possess civil engineering fundamentals and be comfortable reading drawings and technical documents.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Working knowledge of basic construction tools, materials, and site safety practices.
Ability to travel to and work regularly at project sites in and around Navi Mumbai.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-focused setting.
