We’re looking for an Influencer Relations Manager who understands creator culture, enjoys working with people, and knows how to turn conversations into meaningful collaborations. You’ll be the bridge between creators, brands, and our internal team, making sure every campaign runs smoothly and every relationship is built on trust.

What you’ll be doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms.
Identify relevant creators for brand campaigns and manage outreach, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with creators on campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and content requirements.
Be the go-to person for creators throughout a campaign, ensuring explicit communication and a smooth working experience.
Work closely with the internal team to keep campaigns organised and on track.
Manage creator databases, track communications, and maintain accurate campaign records.
Understand creator expectations while balancing brand requirements, budgets,



and deadlines.

A confident communicator who can build rapport, negotiate professionally, and follow through on commitments.
Someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations and deadlines.
A people person who can balance empathy for creators with the expectations of brands.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting where priorities can change quickly.
Previous experience in influencer marketing, talent management, public relations, or a similar role is an advantage.

Work location and culture

This is a Kochi-based role. Being present in the office and working closely with the team is an key part of the job. We value spontaneous conversations, quick collaboration, and people who enjoy being involved in the day-to-day flow of an agency.

Hybrid flexibility may be possible, but you should be comfortable with regular office presence in Kochi.
