Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Internal Audit team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, reviewing financial and operational processes, identifying risk areas, ensuring regulatory compliance, and recommending improvements to internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and business processes.
Review internal controls, accounting records, financial transactions, and supporting documents.




Identify control gaps, financial risks, process inefficiencies, and compliance issues.
Evaluate adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare audit reports, working papers, observations, and recommendations.
Coordinate with various departments to collect audit-related information and resolve queries.
Monitor corrective actions and follow up on the closure of audit observations.
Recommend improvements in internal controls, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Support management in strengthening governance and compliance practices.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
Relevant experience in Internal Audit during articleship or post-qualification will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of accounting, auditing standards, internal controls, and risk assessment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
