About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our energetic sales team. In this in-office role, you will play a crucial part in driving company growth by generating and converting leads for website development, digital marketing, and software solutions. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a knack for building client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Generate outbound leads through cold calling, emails, and other outreach channels.
Pitch digital marketing, website development, and custom software solutions to prospective clients.
Understand client business requirements and recommend the best-suited service packages.
Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and client records in the CRM.
Build strong rapport with clients to ensure high conversion rates and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.

Requirements & Qualifications
1 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales,



business development, or lead generation (Mandatory requirement; freshers will not be considered).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, website development, or IT services is a robust plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sales techniques.
Target-oriented mindset with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Available for immediate joining and in-office work in Delhi.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
