Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Kalyan. The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, and pharmacies, while building and maintaining long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product information, addressing customer inquiries, and following up on orders and deliveries. The role involves monitoring market trends, collecting feedback from customers, and collaborating with internal teams to support sales targets and ensure compliant promotion of medicines. The representative will also maintain accurate records of sales activities,



prepare reports, and participate in training to stay current with product and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including product detailing, territory management, and relationship-building.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear, skilled interaction with healthcare professionals and team members.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive support, issue resolution, and a positive client experience.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand drug indications, dosage, and safety requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated applicants.
Solid organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently in the field are important.
Willingness to travel locally within Kalyan and surrounding areas and adhere to all ethical and regulatory guidelines is required.
