We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate company products and services.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.




Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Candidates from Kerala are highly preferred.
