Key Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow development, JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, GenAI prompts, summarization, and AI-driven workflows.
Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM/GRC, or SPM.
Exposure to Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI/LLM platforms.
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications are preferred.
