Role Description This is a full time, in office Tower Crane Operator role based in Mumbai. The Tower Crane Operator will be responsible for operating tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment as directed by site supervisors and lift plans. Daily tasks include conducting pre-operation inspections, monitoring crane performance, following load charts and safety procedures, and coordinating movements with signal personnel and ground crews. The role involves maintaining clear communication with site management, adhering to regulatory and company safety standards, and reporting any equipment issues or hazards. The operator will also assist with basic crane maintenance, documentation of lifting activities,



and support other site operations as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in lifting operations and safe load handling.
Candidates should possess skills in operating heavy equipment, including tower cranes.
Candidates should possess skills related to lifting equipment and proper use of rigging accessories.
Candidates should possess skills in inspection of cranes and lifting equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
Valid tower crane operator certification or license, in line with local regulations.
Proven experience operating tower cranes on construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of site safety protocols, load charts, and relevant standards.
Ability to read and follow lift plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
Positive communication skills to work effectively with site supervisors, signalers, and crew members.
Physical ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to follow company procedures and participate in ongoing safety and skills training.
