Key Responsibilities
Handle potential clients and understand their property requirements.
Generate and manage leads, conduct property presentations, and arrange site visits.
Build strong client relationships and follow up to convert leads into successful deals.
Negotiate pricing and close residential and commercial property transactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
