Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver role based at the Radisson property in Bhopal. The Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests, staff, and goods using hotel vehicles, ensuring a courteous and professional experience at all times. Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles, and complying with traffic and safety regulations. The Driver will assist guests with luggage, provide clear information about local areas when needed, and coordinate schedules with the front office or transport coordinator. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs,



reporting any maintenance issues promptly, and following all Radisson policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust driving skills, including Truck Driving experience and familiarity with operating a Truck safely.
Candidates should possess a valid CDL Class A or equivalent commercial driving license appropriate for local regulations.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating a polite, patient, and guest-focused approach.
Candidates should possess a clean driving record, knowledge of local routes and traffic rules in Bhopal, and an emphasis on safety and reliability.
Prior experience as a skilled driver in hospitality, logistics, or transport services is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and to handle luggage and light physical tasks as required.
Basic reading and record-keeping skills to manage trip logs, fuel records, and maintenance reports.
