Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound sales, follow-up, or lead-generation calls and handle incoming customer inquiries.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, explain product/service perks, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
Script Adherence: Follow predefined conversation scripts while adapting naturally to customer responses.
CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update customer details, and maintain clean databases using CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or conversions.
Issue Resolution: Address basic complaints, provide accurate product details, or route technical problems to the right department.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
