Royal Enfield PGS Motors is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented CRT Executive to manage customer test rides, coordinate the Riders Program, and enhance customer engagement and riding experiences.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a passion for motorcycles, and the ability to coordinate rider activities and dealership events.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate customer test rides at the dealership.
Explain motorcycle features and specifications to prospective customers.
Ensure test rides follow dealership safety procedures and documentation requirements.
Manage and coordinate One Ride Riders Program.
Engage with riders and build robust relationships with the Royal Enfield riding community.
Organise and coordinate rider meets, group rides, community activities, and dealership riding events.
Encourage customer participation in riding programs and community initiatives.
Maintain customer, rider, and test ride records.




Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and test ride conversions.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the test ride and riding program activities.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Passion for motorcycles, riding, and customer engagement.
Ability to manage events and interact confidently with customers and riders.
Freshers with the right attitude may apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
