Job Summary

SK Translines is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics and railway rake operations. The candidate will supervise loading and unloading activities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure smooth operational workflow at railway sidings and warehouses.

The role requires solid coordination skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage labour and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise railway rake loading and unloading operations at railway sidings.

Coordinate with Operation Head and branch teams for operational planning and execution.

Ensure material readiness and availability before rake arrival.

Monitor labour activities and ensure proper work allocation and supervision.





Maintain coordination with railway authorities and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper documentation related to loading, dispatch, and material handling.

Report any material damage, shortage, or discrepancies to management immediately.

Support operational reporting including daily status reports and operational updates.

Maintain communication with vendors, labour contractors, and transport partners.

Ensure all operations follow company safety policies and railway operational guidelines.

Required Skills
