Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Salesperson role based in Nagpur. The Real Estate Salesperson will identify and cultivate leads, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients with documentation and closing procedures. The role involves regular client meetings, phone and digital communication,



and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders such as property owners, brokers, and legal advisors. The salesperson is expected to meet sales targets, maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions, and provide consistent, professional customer service.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market trends in Nagpur.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
