Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities for Weskill’s growing team and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidate profiles, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with job postings across various platforms. The intern will help coordinate communication with applicants, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and prepare basic recruitment reports. This is an internship role,



based on-site in Current Delhi, requiring regular collaboration with the HR and hiring teams.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort working with spreadsheets or applicant tracking tools.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in human resources, talent acquisition, and the education or training sector.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi and collaborate effectively within a diverse, inclusive team.
