ROLE SUMMARY

The Business Development Executive at Aleph India Group is responsible for lead research & database building, initial client outreach, sales collateral preparation, and related functions within the Business Development Department. This role operates at L4 level under the Certification Wing, requiring a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience. The incumbent will drive measurable outcomes across 4 assigned KRAs,



aligned with Aleph India's mission in technical consulting, product testing, regulatory approvals, and compliance services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)

KRA 1: Lead Research & Database Building
KRA 2: Initial Client Outreach
KRA 3: Sales Collateral Preparation
KRA 4: Learning & Product Knowledge

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

Qualification- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA,MBA,BA-English Preffered)

Key Skills- Excellent Communication skills, Prospecting, Cold Calling, Quotation Preparation, CRM Data Entry, MS Office

Experience- Minimum 1+ years in business development or related domain
