Role Description The Article Assistant will support audit, taxation, and accounting engagements under the guidance of senior team members in a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers, supporting tax return preparation and compliance, and helping with documentation and filing. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, reviewing financial data, and coordinating with clients to gather information and resolve queries. The Article Assistant is expected to follow professional standards, meet deadlines, and actively participate in training, knowledge sessions, and firm-wide initiatives.





Qualifications
Currently pursuing or having completed professional qualifications such as CA Articleship eligibility, with a robust foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
Basic knowledge of audit procedures, taxation concepts, and regulatory compliance relevant to corporate and individual clients.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software; ability to work with spreadsheets, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial and tax-related information accurately.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work on-site in Connaught Place, manage time effectively, handle multiple assignments, and meet reporting deadlines.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to maintaining qualified ethics in all assignments.
