Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assist customers with property-related queries and project information.
Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer databases and enquiry records.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with the sales, CRM, and site teams for customer updates.
Follow up with existing customers regarding documentation, payments, and possession updates.
Maintain qualified relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily enquiry and customer follow-up reports.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Robust coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
