Job Description:
We are hiring a Legal Executive in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and finalize MOUs, contracts, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with legal policies and real estate regulations.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on industry laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice to internal teams regarding property transactions.
Manage document records and file legal correspondence.
Assist in resolving legal disputes and coordinating with external counsel as needed.
Prepare and maintain accurate legal reports and records.
Conduct due diligence on real estate properties and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments on compliance and legal matters.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
