Job Description
We are looking for a Renewals Calling Executive to manage insurance policy renewals, customer follow-ups, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls for policy renewals and follow up on due/expired policies.
Explain renewal terms, premiums, and policy advantages.
Achieve monthly renewal and calling targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Handle customer queries and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely policy renewal and issuance.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in insurance, telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with solid follow-up ability.
Insurance industry experience preferred
