Job Summary

We are building one of the world’s biggest AI × Business personal brands. With 1.5M+ Instagram followers and 500K+ Facebook followers, we are scaling to millions more across YouTube and global platforms. We seek an exceptional content strategist and distribution leader to drive this growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Lead YouTube growth, show development, and content packaging.
Create viral short‑form content (Reels, Shorts) and optimize for engagement.
Build cross‑platform distribution systems and expand international reach.
Manage content operations, workflows, and creative teams.




Track analytics, optimize performance, and scale winning formats.

Requirements
4+ years in content strategy, creator growth, or digital media.
Proven success scaling creators, founders, or media properties.
Robust knowledge of Instagram and YouTube algorithms.
Expertise in storytelling, hooks, and creative direction.
Experience managing editors, production teams, or content operations.
Excellent English communication and analytical skills.

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
