Manage day-to-day operations of the car workshop.
Supervise and guide technicians, mechanics, and support staff.
Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of cars.
Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
Handle job cards, work allocation, and monitor progress.
Maintain spare parts stock and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Ensure workshop equipment and tools are in valuable condition.
Implement and maintain safety & quality standards.
Interact with customers, understand issues, and resolve complaints effectively.
Prepare reports on workshop performance, productivity, and revenue.
Train and upskill workshop staff on current technologies and repair methods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
