Role Description The Asst. Manager Sales (Car Rentals) is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting car rental services to corporate and retail customers. Daily activities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating rates, closing deals, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely vehicle deployment. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, managing key accounts, tracking sales performance,



and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Asst. Manager Sales will also support marketing initiatives, participate in local promotional activities, and provide feedback to improve service offerings and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in car rentals, travel, hospitality, or related services.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and handle negotiations.
Basic proficiency in sales reporting, use of CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive knowledge of local geography in Recent Delhi and surrounding areas, with a valid driving license preferred.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client requirements, and meet sales targets within defined timelines.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
Comfortable working with diverse teams and clients, with a professional and inclusive approach.
