ABOUT THE JOB

The Lounge Hotel is looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Guest Service Associate to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle room reservations, bookings, and room assignments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain guest records and update information in the hotel management system.
• Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
• Assist guests with their requests and resolve complaints professionally.




• Maintain proper records and keep the front desk organized.
• Follow hotel policies and service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Basic typing skills and accurate data entry are essential.
• Must be comfortable operating a computer and learning hotel software.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in hotel reception, front office, or customer service is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
