Role Description The Associate US Health Insurance Process – Voice Process role is a full time, in office position based in Kochi.
Handling us insurance voice calls, claims, policies, coverage inquiries
verify customer information, provide accurate and timely responses,
The role requires adherence to data security and confidentiality standards, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in shifts as per business needs.
Qualifications Candidat e
s should possess knowledge of Insurance and US Health Insurance concepts.Candidate
s should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken English for voice-based customer interactions.Candidate
s should possess Customer Service skills,



with the ability to handle queries and resolve concerns empathetically and professionally.Candidate
s should possess basic Finance and Insurance Brokerage awareness to understand billing, premiums, and policy-related financial information.Candidate
s should possess good listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with process guidelines and documentation tools.Relevant
experience in a voice process, BPO, or healthcare/insurance domain is beneficial.A minimum
of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.Willingne
ss to work on-site in Kochi and in rotational shifts aligned with US business hours.
