• Generate leads for various loan products such as Business Loans, LAP.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and other referral partners.

• Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and collect complete documentation from

customers.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files before submission to the

credit/operations team.

• Coordinate with internal teams to track loan processing and timely disbursement.

• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide regular market feedback, competitor insights, and customer trends to
