Job Responsibilities:
Operate a 4-meter, 400-ton CNC Press Brake Bending Machine.
Perform heavy-duty MS sheet and plate bending as per engineering drawings.
Understand CNC programs, machine settings, bending angles and dimensions.
Select suitable punches, dies and tooling for different jobs.
Check bending accuracy and maintain product quality.
Follow machine safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
Perform routine machine checks and coordinate with the production team.
Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in CNC Press Brake / Bending Machine operation.
Knowledge of MS plate bending and sheet metal fabrication.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand bending calculations.
Experience with machine setup, tooling selection and quality inspection.
Candidates with experience in heavy-duty CNC bending machines will be preferred.
