Kabul Flames is looking for hardworking, skilled, and responsible staff to join our restaurant team in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Utility Staff
Responsible for cleaning kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and utility tasks.
Keep the kitchen organised and follow hygiene standards.
Chef Helper
Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations.
Help with cutting, chopping, marination, and other preparation work.
Maintain cleanliness and follow the chef’s instructions.
Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
Tandoor Cook
Experience handling a tandoor and preparing tandoori items.
Knowledge of tandoor temperature, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
Maintain consistency in food quality and cooking.
Must be able to handle kitchen operations efficiently.
Waiter
Take customer orders and serve food properly.
Maintain cleanliness and table arrangements.




Provide polite and skilled customer service.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
Steward
Assist in daily restaurant service operations.
Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organised.
Help with food service, table setup, and clearing.
Support the restaurant team during busy hours.

Duty Timings
First Shift: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Break: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Second Shift: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary & Perks
Salary will be decided based on the position, skills, and experience.
Food and accommodation will be provided.
Experienced candidates will be given preference for specialised roles.
