We are looking for an experienced Property Manager – Technical to oversee technical operations and infrastructure maintenance at an Industrial Park in Hosur.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day technical operations and maintenance of the industrial park.
Oversee HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, HT/LT panels, pumps, STP/WTP, fire and life safety systems, and other building infrastructure.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
Monitor equipment performance, utilities, energy consumption, and operational efficiency.
Manage technical vendors, AMC contractors, and service partners.
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to operational SLAs.
Conduct technical inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Handle breakdowns, technical escalations, and emergency situations.




Manage technical manpower, budgets, spare parts, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations.

Candidate Profile:
Relevant experience in Property Management / Facility Management, preferably in industrial parks or large commercial facilities.
Solid knowledge of MEP systems, utilities, building infrastructure, and preventive maintenance.
Experience in managing large commercial properties or industrial parks is preferred.
Valuable leadership, vendor management, and client coordination skills.
Robust understanding of statutory compliance, EHS, and technical documentation.
Immediate joiners preferred.
