Initial requirement: Field Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Source and shortlist suitable sales candidates.
Prefer experience in B2B sales, plastics, polymers, chemicals or industrial products.
Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
Help us build our team as the business expands.
Engagement: Freelance / work-from-home
Payment: Per successful hire, negotiable based on experience and results.
Long-term prospect: Recruiters who consistently deliver quality candidates will receive further hiring assignments as we grow.
Interested recruiters can share their experience, proposed fee per successful hire and replacement policy.
