Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using SmartCOMM.
Build and enhance SmartCOMM templates, data models, assembly rules, and scripts.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable communication solutions.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable SmartCOMM components.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely defect resolution.
Collaborate with business, testing, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Follow development best practices with a focus on performance optimization and code quality.

Required Skills: Minimum 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SmartCOMM development.
Robust expertise in:
SmartCOMM Template Development




Data Model Configuration & Updates
Assembly Rules
SmartCOMM Scripting
SmartCOMM Designer
Valuable knowledge of XML and XPath.
Solid understanding of reusable template design and development best practices.
Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Insurance domain, especially policy documentation and customer communications.
Exposure to Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms and document generation solutions.
Large-scale enterprise CCM implementations.
