Position: Clinical Psychologist

Employment Type: Freelance, Appointment-Based

Education and skills:
BS degree in Psychology, MS degree in Clinical Psychology
Supervised clinical experience
Experience: 2 years+ of related experience
All candidates must meet supervision requirements for registration standards.
Short term psychotherapy and online therapy experience is a plus.
Tamil speakers will be considered for the role.



English speaking is also a requirement. Other languages are plus.

Job Description/Expectation:
Able to engage with adults who present with work-related stress and time management issues.
Meeting with clients on Wellbees app for 40-minute video meetings.
Able to provide a high quality, effective, secure mental health & wellbeing service to clients.
Online counselling experience.
Delivering comprehensive assessment and formulation that drives an evidence-based intervention for employees.
Following safety protocols and maintaining client confidentiality.
Continuing career development.
Presentation skills and speech delivery is a plus.
