Identify and develop current customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical, engineering, and process industries.
Visit customer sites and meet maintenance, purchase, and project teams.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanical seal solutions.
Collect technical application details and coordinate with the design team.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on orders.
Develop business relationships with pump and agitator OEMs.
Identify prospects for mechanical seal spares, refurbishment, and maintenance services.
Maintain customer visit reports, sales records, and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor competitor activities.
