About Us

Rasadhaara Wellness is a growing food manufacturing and FMCG company operating under the brand Shoko. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage our accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and financial summaries.
Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and manufacturing cost records.
Process payroll and coordinate PF, ESI, and other employee-related compliances.
Monitor vendor payments, outstanding receivables, and cash flow.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and external consultants.




Ensure accurate financial documentation and timely monthly account closures.

Qualifications & Requirements
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Experience in inventory accounting and product costing is preferred.
Ability to independently manage accounts with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and financial accuracy.
