We are looking for a Café Operations Manager / Café Supervisor
Responsibilities:
POS & billing management
Inventory & stock management
Customer handling & complaint resolution
Staff management & shift allocation
Daily sales & stock reporting
Maintaining café hygiene and smooth operations
Experience: Freshers can also apply. Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Café/QSR/Restaurant/Retail operations are preferred.
Salary: ₹15000-20000/month, depending on experience and capabilities. Performance incentives may be offered.
For freshers, we are looking for someone who is smart, responsible, willing to learn, comfortable with computers/POS, and has positive communication and people-management skills.
